The Beginning
Terri Hightower, RN, began Dermess in the back of her husband’s busy medical practice in 1997. Her dream was to create a concept of combining aesthetics and wellness. The results of this combination would represent True Beauty. Terri is a mother of two, a wife to Dr. Dan Hightower, MD, an author, and as described by Terri, a Seeker of the Truth.
Dermess has grown from a tiny 500-square-foot office space into a 4000 square foot successful business.
Aesthetic Wellness and Laser Center
Dermess continues to grow and is now entering its 11th year of operation. The staff at Dermess Renewal is all certified and the most experienced in middle Tennessee. From Lasers to Botox to Surgical Consulting to their annual group “Juice Fast,” Dermess has certainly integrated Wellness and Aesthetics into the industry of beauty for the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area.
